I just recently stripped my 8s outcast bulkhead which was a doozy of a repair, saw some dude on reddit posted these pictures about using nutserts to fix it more aggressively without buying aluminum bulkheads. I just got new bulkheads on jennys but I'm gonna give this a shot to the one I pulled off and if it happens again give this a go.

Not going to have room for those type of threaded inserts due to surrounding material required on the 6S gearbox.

Plus, that brass/bronze is probably weaker than even pot metal or china grade aluminium.

For me it is the opposite, I can never cut a slot small enough with the dremel. Maybe my cutting wheels are too thick. Anyways both methods will probably work, just use the one with tools you already have.

I wish I could afford a welding setup

I have the same issue cutting slots.
