Screws won't open

Hello
I just got my new fazon and want to replace a broken axle. The problem is, that the screw that holds the small rod in place doesn't loosen up. I've read that I have to heat it up and then try it again but are there any other solutions?

Right, what you describe sounds like loctite or other screw lock.
If you make the screw hot, then the doc liquid will get loosen.
Same like the pinion gear....

For the thread locked screws on the Nero I press a soldering iron into the head of the screw for 2 minutes and then quickly use a hex wrench to loosen the screw. I've tried 1 minute of heat. 2 minutes works better.

Thats depends of the power of the solder iron. But it will work!
Heat air or an small propane burner/solder is also working.
The tool follows the function!
