First and foremost- Thank you to the guys on here who gave me some feedback on my prior post which was in regards to my issues with the 15t and 26t pinion. Since then I’ve installed the adjustable motor mount, threw in a 23t pinion by robinson racing, and installed the hobbystar 3670 3050kv brushless motor in my senton 3s. This is the same motor from rich duperbash’s senton 3s on YouTube and I can vouch that this motor is indeed awesome lol. This motor & gearing set up, combined with the granite tires & a 3s 75c powerhobby Lipo shows impressive torque gains, higher top end speed, and safe motor temps when running on the street, compared to the stock 20t pinion/3200kv motor (which obviously gets toasty as is, especially without downsizing to a 15t pinion on bigger tires). It WILL fly if you’re running the car with the stock shell but I did trim up the rear bumper, added a wheelie bar from the typhoon 3s, and lowered it to fix that issue. Here are some pictures of the car as of now ??
