Well there is 0 slop in my a-arms now, I was going for stability at speed and man did I ever get it, super happy with the upgrades today. Vids coming soon of the Speed runs, then there will be an amazing grand finale.

Had to swap the front bulkhead as it had multiple fractures in it from when it used to be an off road basher. Didn't even know it lol.

That input gear and diff are original and almost 3 years old. Almost new condition.

Well I may have to halt the project till I get my Max6.

Both my Hobbywing 150a and my 185blx, I get like 2 speed runs then they shut off motor but still have steering. Reset the esc. Then get two more speed runs.

I'm thinking it's getting to big of a amp surge from the, motor heavy gearing, and shutting off to protect itself. Its not hitting thermal, temps are super low.

What do you guys think? Gearing is 28t/34t

Voltage sag,cap pack or bigger esc.8s castle may be better than max6.40$ more.have heard the max6 will do the same.try turning lvc off on h-wing

Rebuilt all my shocks tonight. Tuned the preload a bit. Once weather permits, a bit warmer and dryer, I will be doing my 100mph test.

Almost forgot... Small detail but its easy now to swap gearing... Installed a V4 motor mount finally.

My biggest reason for this, honestly as my stock mount fit the 28/34 gearing, I use this car a lot. So being able to swap back to some different gearing when I want to just race around and have fun is a must.

Well looks like I'm gonna get to use the VW test track at my work. Its got a huge smooth straight away with 0 cars, and far as the eye can see. Super stoked. I still haven't maxed it out. Now I'm confident in it. Once a nice day hits and I have the day off that is.
