Senton 6s tire options

So my stock tires from my senton 6s have gone basically bald lol. What do you guys recommend for replacements? I've been looking into getting 1/8 buggy tires as they are just a little taller and have 17mm hubs. Thanks!

I personally converted my Senton 6s to a monster with 2.8 type of wheels. Sporting the Proline Badlands MX28 and the SRC Terrain Crushers.

If I were to go back to buggy wheels, I'd go with the Duratrax Lockups.

X2 on the lockup’s. I have the SC version so they balloon quite a bit. I’m sure the buggy version would balloon less. They’re amazing. Tough tires great grip, my senton rips.

Has anyone run these? They look like promising street tires; especially in the pic below which appears to look like they are mounted on a sct.
