Any body tried to use 2.8’’ tires such as pro-line trenchers with extended body mount? Would like to know about difficulties of the conversion. Looking for something like this :

If nobody did, I think I’ll just use Granite wheels and tires.

Have you switched over to the tires? If so which ones? I do notice the handling is not as stable as the kraton or Outcast.

I’ll switch the tires tomorrow, using the granite Mega Dboots. Still looking for body mount extensions. I ordered these, hoping they will go over the stock ones:

I used Kraton V2 hubs and 2.8's to make my Senton WideTrack awhile ago. Definitely have to raise the body. It's definitely more stable

Very nice Senton! Same look and stability I am looking for.
On the Mega I don’t have the same body mounts than on you 6S. We’ll see if the ones I ordered fit.

I am done! Here are a few pictures. I just used the tires from the Granite and ordered alloy adjustable body posts (see link above). Body posts make the body sit high so I just had to trim the body in the rear a little bit.
