It's looks bad! But it's really not.. I think the only broken parts are the upper shock bolt on the tower. Then the lower front Arm . Don't have any spares so put the order in to JennysRC for a full set of arms.. 20bucks.. boom.. back in business .

You just need to upgrade to the Mojave EXB arms..

Yeah.. it's a little sad right now . But I'm not letting it get me down.. I love fixing things.. so it's not a complete let down when these things happen . Unless you have money on the line in a race scenario .. but that's not the case here.. we good . It's just a hobby

Could of been way worse!

Im curious if the hinge pin will be straight 🤔
Looks like the scorched pin holders did a great job under impact
Yeah the hinge pins are both bent.. but the holders seem to be intact.. the left side is the one that broke today.. but not long after I got the typhon I found a telephone pole sized fence post at the park with the right side so it was already bent a little before this..

The biggest irony of it all is that I jinxed myself about not even 30 sections before it happen.. there was an older gentleman asking me about my(also had the mojave jr with) RC cars and the last thing I was saying to him was how I kept the arms plastic so to create a weak spot that would break before the expensive things did.. lol and then I proved my theory.. yup.. check that

I went ahead and ordered the TLR part take offs from JRC for all sorts of extra goodies. When that arrives it will include the proper pins to also install my TLR front tower.. nice.. now I'm a little bit excited. It was fate.. hahaa

I received my Velociter front and rear tires.. mud guards from GLRC as well as shock tower protectors.. I went ahead and put the ass end together.. still waiting on replacement arm for the front end. I ordered new set of hingepin for the front end so I can also install the TLR tower in the front to match the rear.

Ok.. so I decided to keep the stock front tower on for now since it's somehow still in tact. I went ahead and put it mostly back together. Still waiting on the front left lower arm from JRC. New additions are the Velociter wheels and tires from MethodRC, the shock protective caps and rear arm mod guards from GLRC(Garage Life RC) which do some great 3D printed stuff btw.

I think I may grab one or 2 new batteries that I've been looking at. They are 9000mah and 120C made by Azure Racing. I think that's pretty much it for now.. if just like to keep it in one piece for the rest of this summer if God wills it.

***Sorry about the poor lighting in the pics . I'll get them outside again once she's complete.

I didn't know that Grom wheels would fit on a 6s. Are those from the Losi NASCAR RTR? Dope! Ok, I shouldn't talk trash, it's totally against the rules. So I'll compliment that I love the irony of the teensy little wee muffin fan to break wind ever so gently over the motor, wafting away the rising heat fumes. Such a bold contrast with the beefy hubs and diff bulkheads, it makes a statement about decisively sticking to your line of vision. Don't just bash. Baffle.

Okay, okay. I'm funnin' ya. See, I've got two rules in my house. 1.) You can b!tch and vent, as long as it's funny, and 2.) Don't talk sh!t... unless it's funny. And for reals, that car's gonna rip the street with its low center of gravity and short effective gearing. And it's probably 3 lbs lighter than my Typhon.

Haha.. I can't even imagine the little groms tires on my Typhon.. but maybe I'll try it sometime? And duuuuuude don't poke fun at the fan.. it does a great job. For now. And the gearing is all stock except for the 18 t spur.
