I don't understand what you are trying to ask. Yes it helps to shim your diffs.

It helps yes, and normally a LHS should have shims just for that purpose.
You just need to order the right size

What is the best oil to use in your diffs for bashing

I use TLR diff oil. 125k f 500k c 30k inthe rear. A lot of good drifting in loose dry dirt.
