My rear 6s shock came apart while jumping.
Somehow none of its parts are damaged. 🤔
It seems like that nut just came loose. Has this happened to any of you?

It just looks like a regular disassembled shock. Nothing special.
Should I lock tite the nut?

The nut in the shock should be a nylock.
No locktite needed, I have many 6s line cars and bashed them pretty hard and never had an issue with the shocks.

Yea I have had the nut come loose on the shaft. I would just make sure it's tight when u put back together. And if u want put just a little dab of blue loctite wouldn't hurt

But I would wait a day to assemble after loctiteing the nut idk if the oil would do anything

Is stock oil rear 1k cst?
The manual says 1000cst, but it doesn't say front/rear. Is it 1000cst all around?

This is the only thing I can find in the manual. I'll assume 1k cst (80wt) all around is what is in there.
