Which shock oil do you use guys for hard bashing? By stock is it 80WT, right?

Isn't stock 80WT??
Yes. Well... probably. Associated has their 80wt listed as 1000cst which is what the outcast has. I tried running 100wt in mine and the shocks just felt very lethargic. Without finding some stiffer springs, I didn't care for it and went back to associated 80wt. Coming from nitro MT world, I wasn't accustomed to "chassis slap", because that usually meant cracked engine mounts, fuel tanks, tweaked chassis, etc. So with nitro's I'd have them setup "stiff", but still driveable and didn't air them out nearly as much as I do my electrics.

Now I'm more used to the slamming of the chassis into the ground and whenever I do drive a nitro... it has a much harder day than it used to. But since the 3 I have are limited to roughly 40mph or less, they don't fly as high anyway.

I do have memories of having 1/8th nitro buggy though... I'd send that thing to the moon and they seemed to do fine.
