Arrma RC's
  1. Typhon 6s
Hi all,

Changed the springs on my Typhon 6s for so.e heavier ones more suited to bashing.

6.5lb front and 5.4lb rears (from Kraton i think)

Seems much better, but I'd like to change the oil as I don't know if the Arrma stuff provided is any good or not. I know the Typhon comes with 550cst but I'd like to weight it up a bit to maybe 800?

What weight do you guys recommend and what will be the impact with heavier weight oil with the heavier springs?

I mainly use it for bashing.

Thanks in advance.
Edit:

Springs from Mojave front and Talbot rear actually.

Cheers.

My Mojavefied runs Typhon shocks with stiffer springs and 675cst oil, works well..??

Mojavfied...?

Rear rebound seems a bit fast (still got standard oil in) will thicker oil with same damper inserts slow it down a bit? Say if I go to 650 from standard 550? Front seems ok as standard with heavier springs, rear just seems to rebound a bit too fast.

Cheers.
