I'm having a bit of troube getting my truggified Typhon to behave on the track. It seems to bounce around a lot, and small irregularities seem to be a problem.
It is on 2.8 trenchers, and has sideguards and tower from an Outcast. Shocks are at the most outside position to make space for the body mounts.

Should I change the shock oil for something more fluid? Put more or less preload in the front and back?

Thanks!

I would definitely take some load off of the springs. It also sounds like heavier shock oil would do you some good. The position of your shocks is going to make it a little bouncy just due to angle. Good luck.

I run Durango shocks, slightly stiffer springs (at the moment I forget which I am running), shock position to the outside and 40wt oil. Also, I run the rear collars down pretty far. Working good so far. Had to try a few things to get it how I liked it.
