What's the best shocks for speed runs.. I have a talion v3 running 1/8 grp

The v3 shocks are great shocks for speed runs.
I'm unaware of a better alternative that would offer a stiffer spring rate unless you want to swap the rear springs out for the stiffer springs that come stock on the front of the Outcast/Kraton - part# AR330507
85mm long 6.2 lb/in vs stock rear Talion springs at 5.4 lb/in and 84mm long

You can bottom them out in front and rear by lowering tower or putting shock limiters.. You can add or take away if you want more travel. lower car to height you want with the droop screws too
