I wouldn’t say my best work, but my most frequent work is using an 1/8” bit at high speed to vent RC tires. Every off-road tire I buy gets that treatment before its first run.
 
I made this CF wing for my Infraction using a Dremel. Full disclosure, I did do a tiny bit on a bench grinder but, in retrospect, it wasn't anything that couldn't have been done just as easily with the Dremel.

Not too long ago I hacked up an old heat sink to make a fan mount for the minor infraction.

The best part about a Dremel is when that disc breaks and bits of it hit you in the face!

I actually love the sparks when cutting metal, it's like a fireworks show!

That wing is sweet! OEM quality!

Also, yes the sparks are sweet!
 
@kspitters Like you got the same one this spring...not good, but I made a few attempts and hope to get better and learn all the bits:

Tried to cut in windows in the Infraction v1 with a newer style body and cut the side panels out and added mesh

I’ve started with the metal brush bit and taking paint off the hotwheels, i used to use acetone. Works great to get custom paint jobs going!
