Do you have the hexagonal shaped pads or the castellated ones? They started making castellated ones recently and you could try the newer slipper style instead. Best to buy an assembled one from a kit breaker like JRC.

I have hexagonal one. Can i make it from pvc? Are there any options?

I think pvc would be too slick. I think it is some type of fiber reinforced plastic, but pvc may melt too. A nylon would likely work better, but that too would be very slick without fibers embedded.
