Take a look at them. Are they black? You can just flip them over and you will be good to go.

They’re smooth when new. I actually haven’t worn a pair yet, so I’m unsure what they look like worn out. I have been running mine in 4S and still only had them start slipping and get hit one time. Pay attention to your rigs and you can avoid burning up the slipper or popping u-joints. It’s a delicate balance that took me a while to master.... at least I think I have it down ??‍

New and worn slipper pads but they are ok...just use fine sandpaper and brush them after they look like a new...

It takes a lot to wear out slipper pads I have found. My Ecx Ruckus still has the factory slipper pads, I bought it back in 2015.

I just sanded the black stuff out out of my 4s rig ?? they look brand new now
