This is going to be a slow build because I'm going to replace for better parts as they break ( well, hope don't break ? ).
First thing I changed was the radio for a flysky gt5. I had a bad experience with the stx2 having interferences and a runaway.
Next was the servo: a JX Ecoboost cls6322hv 21kg. Even though I'm still a noob in surface rc, I really feel the huge difference in speed and power.
Changed bearing for rubber-sealed ones from FastEddy and running now 60k/500K/30k in the diffs.
I have some carbon fiber leftovers so made rear mudguards and a base on top of the servo mount hopping the add some rigidity.
Also installed a double fan heatsink (also with a CF plate hoping the fans don't break during jumps) because changed pinion to 15t.
Next I'll try to make the chassis braces also in CF.

Cheers!

great stuff. if you make chassis braces out of cf you will need aluminum feet for them to set in. A hole parallel thru the layers will break out on impact.

Thanks for the tip! I didn't think about it.
That brace you did is really beautiful!

Some guys will make a bulkhead to bulkhead brace out of carbon. It attaches to the center diff as well. Makhor makes some top notch carbon rc parts. They are in Australia.
