Hello,
I got the Smart ESC Programming Update Box: Avian and Firm.
But i don't now I don't know how to connect to the speed controller?
Can you help me?

Looks correct to me. It gets plugged into the ESC's Fan power port. The Polarity must be correct, that's all.

you need to plug it directly into the esc with the way you have it now the data pin isnt connected

You can use the male JST from ESC to receiver direct to your program box too.
