Im going to buy some batteries tonight, and I need help deciding. These will be for my incoming K8S ? I kinda narrowed it down to these...

The way the wires exit the hardcase lipos are a lot better for arrmas battery tray design. That’s the game changer imo

I would say hardcase too ? as the mah goes I ran 7400mah in my xmaxx and I was out of juice before it was?

I was also leaning toward the hard case but also want the most mAh possible.

Well $16 will buy you about 4 to 5 more mins of fun time. Lol
You could always go 4s and run 2 packs parallel.. 45 min runs and much cooler times.

I have the True Spec Premium hard case and they are super compact and light compared to my other lipos. I think their mah ratings are overrated compared to other brands I own, but I think their discharge rates are more accurate.

The reason we didn’t really state that part is because SMC designed that other pack like traxxas makes their soft packs. You put plating on 5 sides (every one except the wires) and really it has very similar durability.

I have the hard case batteries. Hard to get in Canada. They are good so far. I run em in my dbxl-e 2

If I can get 20+ mins of hard run time I’ll be happy!
If these weren’t so bleep’n expensive I’d buy these ?

I always go hard case. It adds (some) protection for the battery and you won't have to deal with the soft case coming off when it wears down. I love my SMC batteries.

SMC 8000mAh hard case it is!! Just placed my order ? I already have some 3s gensacearespammers hard case and some 3s letron pro soft packs. Both brands seem good so far, the SMC’s come highly recommend on here so we’ll see...

You guys are so lucky over the pond it's so difficult to get hardcase Lipo's here in the U.K so all of mine are soft..??

I would run hardcase all day if I could get them..???
