Yes it can, but general consensus is it's best to always charge at 1C for longevity and safety.

I charge at 2C no problem, saves time when charging up multiple lipos or 6S packs. But 1C usually, which is better for your packs.

I charge my big packs at 20A (4S 9500mah) and haven’t had any issues yet. I make sure to charge them just before use and immediately put them back at storage after use. I generally charge at 2C for most of my packs anyways.
