It was ripped apart at one hole but otherwise looking good...dry as sahara inside lol phew ;)

Might be melted inside,looks like it got hot!
Yes i actually think it might have melted a little bit cause see on pic its a bit angle and its soooo stuck cant get it out hehe

What was the cause of this issue that you found ? A bad gasket ?

Well it turned out the screws were quite lose so i guess thats why.. but i screwed them really tight so guess the plastic threads are getting worn out....will take these old parts and weld lock the center tomorrow (or something like that lol)....so if i don't like it i just put back a working diff there

And gasket was bad around one hole only fyi ;)

Keep an eye on the bearing also. The one directly near the spur. It seems they are prone to giving up quick.
