Soldering balance wires

I need to soder some balance wires they got ripped out of the white plastic holder not ripped off the battery any advice on how to resoder these

Guessing you meant to say "leads" instead of "boards".

The main issue with resoldering is you need to figure out which wire is which. If you solder them up in the wrong order, they won't charge properly and potentially damage the charger.

If it were me, I'd cut the wrapping off the pack and solder an entire new lead on it. Then you can see which tab is for which wire without making a mistake.
