It's long and the legs from what I can tell are up front. Some sort of hermit crab? Fresh water...not sure if theres much fresh water crabs? But what do I know...I'm from a rock far from here. hahaha

Maybe a bug larvae?

Not clear enough to ID and no size comparisons for scale. Could be a crab witta funky a** shell, if it's comfy they'll stay a while.
