Arrma RC's
  1. Mojave 4s
I've been using EV-Peak CQ3 4x100W (AC/DC) and Hitec X2 AC Pro 2 Port AC/DC chargers with PowerHobby 5200mah 4S lipos and XT150 connectors for years with good success. I've tried many different brands and sizes of lipos over the years and many are over priced and no better than some of the cheaper options lol.

Just bought Kraton 4S v2.5 and going through it before first run (also have Mojave Grom that came with Spektrum 1400mah 2S G2 lipo and the cheesy little usb charger), thought about trying the Spektrum G2 lipos and charger such as Multi-ChargerSpectrum G2 lipos and S2100 G2 2x100W AC Smart Charger, for these two trucks. Like to keep batteries interchangeable as much as possible for all my RC, suggestions before I cut off stock Arrma double plug setup on ESC and solder on a pair of XT-150?

Overpriced vs most everything else on the market. You pay a premium price for the Smart features but their batteries are literally at the bottom of the list when it comes to real world performance.

If you have money burning a hole in your pocket go for it. But considering you can get much better batteries for nearly half the cost I would just stick with what you have and just chop off the Spektrum proprietary connectors on the esc.

Unrelated to your Lipo question...I also just purchased a kraton 4s 2.5v. Great truck but servo saver has weak spring. Here is the fix as suggested to me by xjeepguy. A kimbrough 124 large servo saver. I'm too ignorant to post a link....

Thanks Slick2500, I'll stick with what I've been doing!
Good call @slick2500
Though I'm a fan of Spektrum products, their batteries are very bad.
Could not meet the MMX8S/1717 1650kv combo cravings.
Would not allow for the full potential of the esc/motor but the way cheaper zeee batteries did.
