Alright, great week of parts arrivals. TP motor is back together with the 8mm shaft, Sweep Racing foams are on and I grabbed a new rear wing from Jennys and trimmed it out to be smoother as many have suggested. 29/35 in it now so I can see how it goes with the new foams.

Got titanium scorched spool,just put a 29t on it and arrma spool with 34t,arrma with 36t.an a big can Chinese motor mount for notorious,getting tp5660-1356kv. These mounts junk???guess ya got to adjust mesh then put pinion on...

At the hospital with son all day went for a quik 7s pull,127mph with typhon.85 in notorious on 4s.try in the morning.

It was pretty funny.... This weekend James shoots me a message that he has a video of the 191 run, and did 193 but put it in the grass and was going to try again. Then he sends me a screen shot of the 196 LOL
Absolutely insane! I never thought these large 1/7 scale cars could go this fast!!! Now I am thinking I may need to rename my 200+ car to 220+

What is truly amazing is that he is doing this on a 2200 ft stretch of road and said it has more in it. If anyone near the east coast can help get him on a run way or has a really long road (3500+ ft) he could pull off 200+ as is today.

Should took some pics of the diivits in the grass from this super heavy typhon.arm,hinge pin,shock,I'll tear it apart an inspect,waiting on 2 new escs from castle.

Managed 83 mph with the 3200kv RWD on 4s. This was followed by my Typhon slamming into the weeds and losing a battery. Luckily the Typhon was undamaged and I found the battery today, which was also undamaged. Thank goodness for cushy weeds on the edges of roads. The crash video is on my Instagram and Facebook pages. Haven't made a YouTube version yet.

Senton Suspension kraton chasis typhon sitting waiting on esc.time to test out the lwb motor mount swap.try the tp4050cm 2300kv. First. Then the big block.car feels nose heavy with 1000 gram 5660 in there

All in all not bad damage,car needs a tare down,keeps cutting left hard 1 outa 10 runs.my antennas are damaged at the tips.need new reciever probly.afyer it left the road an started rolling the throttle stuck wide open for a second.funny thing it's the right rear an left front .surprisingly tires didn't blow.grass in wheel is crazy huh.grass is my best friend,just sucks looking for all my parts scattered throu all the grass.always minimal damage for the most part.

Haven’t posted much lately, still at it though. Been running the Typhon on the weekends, busy during the week with kids soccer. No new PB’s, I’ve tried several different gearing options and made clean passes. I guess if speed running was easy, everyone would be doing it! I’ll get back out this weekend and see if I can’t improve on 130mph. In the process of upgrading the Infraction too, gonna be a monster! TP motor is taking forever this time!
