Speed Runners ~ How Fast Did You Go Today?

On the vendetta how are you guys setting your toe and camber for speed runs?
Camber i use a marker an mark a stripe accross tire till its centered, center of tire makeing contact with street.i start lil toe out an adjust in as needed..under power it'll go toe in as its pulling car

That’s a great method, and the only real way to know what your suspension is doing while under load and running. On 1:1’s we‘d do a couple hot laps, pull into the pits, shoot the cross section of the tire with a temp gun, and adjust accordingly.
With my RC’s, I use white-out (old school, in bottle with the little brush) to make a single line from the outer to inner bead. Let it dry, and run it. Let’s you know a lot about what your contact patch is doing.
But for speed running, isnt everyone running 0° camber and toe anyway? Maybe a tiny bit of toe-in?

Thanks..I just got my new vendetta yesterday and I just noticed my front right wheel is leaning in .seems like with the stock turn buckles can't turn to adjust unless I remove them . strange

Tightened all the way an hard to turn at 1st..you should run it get a baseline #, then unscrew the 4 screws that are on yokes a half turn an run it again...these plastic cars can be ran with all the screws loosened an the screws wont back out, fall out like screws into metal..all my screws are loose.,some unbelievably loose

Cool! You should go back and search info from @K-BASH and @chris adams , both of those guys are killing it with the Vandettas.

Thanks . already fixed my issue.👍now I just have to figure out why my rear is fish tailing.i did read a thread on it that @SrC gave advice on I'ma try them out👍

Heavy diff fluid will fix that
I think avc in speed running sucks.im switching it off or down to like 20 percent.none of my cars have avc and run perfect now I get a vendetta with avc and it's just constantly trying to compensate for every little thing .wtf

Single 4s pb...very little motor noise tells me see is running very efficiently

It’s not a new car. They chassis shapes are a little different,
Suspension components have some updates,
Modified servo mounting location.
New body
Active wing

one is for the receiver power and the other one is a cap pack for the esc
wait, your receiver runs of a separate battery? or am i confused lol

That wasn’t my car but I do this on my triple motor and dual motor cars. I run a small receiver pack to power the receiver in case the main supplying esc cuts or fails you still have steering. It’s not a bad idea for any car honesty but my dual motor cars usually are 2000$ rolling so a little insurance doesn’t hurt.
