You want it as low as possible. You want the rear shocks as stiff as possible and just a little higher than the front. The truck body will be fine up to about 100mph and then aero becomes a huge factor.

I have a 27T 0.8 mod gear from Traxxass maybe? But there are limits on the spur for sure. In fact I am unaware of an alternative to the stock 57T. If you’ve seen a 54T I’m unaware it exists. ??‍♂️

It don't, bout one but won't work.must be for different car.so drilling out center of mod1 spur so bearing will fit only other option?

What I ended up doing was buy spur gears with 11mm bores from Saga and then drilling them out to 12mm and pressing in a 10mmx12mm bushing to reduce it down to the 10mm bore of the slipper hub. Then crank that thing down between the hubs. Use shims if needed. Get it as tight as you can without stripping the screw. I’ve gotten all the way down to a 29T spur and that’s the end of the road. Any smaller and it won’t be larger than the hubs.

What size hoons are you using?
I also am a BR speed runner and so far I hit 74 with plenty of road left to go faster but my frount end wants to lift . I've done a few things to try to stop that by installing short shocks but no luck.not sure if I should add some weight but that will effect my speed..anyways my max speed of 74 was on some cheap tire and wheel set from china.lol $30. On eBay .I want the hoons but I'm leaning on the sweet looks of the wide tire look but I don't know if a skinny tire would be better for speed.i just don't like the skinny look ..trucks deserve a wide tire but I'm not sure what's best for speed.a wider tire should grip more surface area.you would think..thought about just putting wide in rear and skinny in front but I don't know if that's going to work.any advice would help thx.

Those where the 100mm hoons..I'd advise going with 17mm grp tires...this thread is a couple years old..I've learned alot since this thread an have went alot faster...I'd try using vendetta front end to help keep your front-end down..it'll do the job...it's a direct bolt on...like I have on this typhon..
