Unless you take advantage of the smart capability of the Spektrum one (with a compatible TX, RX and/or batteries), The HW will have more tunability and would be my choice

Right now, at this moment, if you scroll down to the classified section, someone has a Spektrum Firma 150amp ESC for sale. Has it listed for $70 but someone offered less and he said he would accept $60 shipped anywhere in the US. You can't beat getting a Spektrum 150 amp ESC for $60.

Quikrun has alot more programming options. Can disable lvc for speedruns,can also run 5s quikrun.i think quikrun has 8 more options the firma doesn't have..quikrun is a proven ,tested,bulletproof esc

I'm hard on everything,haven't been able to kill my quikrun.been trying to kill it so I can justify to the wife I need a newer more powerful one.mines unkillable
