Infraction Spektrum avc

Hi guys, my new v2 arrived today and i can't wait to run it, the thing is i hate spektrum transmitters, it feels cheap and horrible, i also can't see how to adjust dual rate as the avc dial is in its place.

My question is is the avc worth keeping this garbage tx for or shall i sling another tx/rx into it and bin the avc?

I really like dual rate, being able to quickly reduce the steering on the fly for speed runs then turn it back up for technical turns is great.

Thoughts chaps?

It's not a bad radio but it does feel cheap.
I swapped over to a DX5. Obviously you can pick whatever TX/RX combo you prefer.
Futaba is another popular choice.

Thanks, i normally run all my rcs on the same absima cr3p which i really like, as i say, is the avc worth keeping?

Depends on your driving. I prefer it 'off', now that I know how to drive it.

Basically, no not worth keeping but you need throttle control.
