Spektrum DX6C with Grom Brushless - Adjust DSC from DX6C transmitter?

I bought the DX6C remote for my new car I'm currently building.
I also own a "1/14 Typhon Grom 223S DSC 4X4 RTR Brushless Buggy" and for fun I bound the DX6C with the Grom. On model type I selected "SLT with DSC" (or similar) before pairing.

All works fine but I can't figure out how to control DSC on the Grom's ESC/receiver with the DX6C transmitter.
On Grom's SLT2 transmitter I turn steering completely to the right and hold it there and I can select DSC modes with the power button.

On the DX6C this steering and power button thing does nothing. Is there any way to control DSC modes with DX6C on my Grom?

Glad you got it working. Previously the DX6C ran DSMR not SLT. I heard about a firmware update that changed that, but have not seen or tried it yet.

Try playing around with the AVC settings?

Worst case you can switch to the SLT2 to set the DSC mode, then switch back to the DX6C for bashing.

On the DX5C, the AVC menu has a gain setting. I haven't used the DX6C, but maybe it's similar?

Yeah, they published that a few weeks ago. It adds SLT to the binding protocols.

Yeah it’s the D trim on my iXSR, probably same on the DX6C.
