Damn very nice.

I have no problem with my stock servo but 1400 oz is something to brag about.

I scooped one a couple weeks ago. (y) Wish I knew about that one before dropping a buck 50 on the 9020!
Me too. Can you confirm how many ounces of toque it is? When I tried to convert 70kg to ounces I got a ridiculous response.

How do you do that conversation?
if on windows you can try https://joshmadison.com/convert-for-windows/

but usually its KG * 13.88 = oz/in so 73 * 13.88 = 1013.24 - someone correct me if I am wrong but there are ~ 35.2734 ounces in a KG and 2.54 centi-meter in an inch, the correct conversion factor is 35.2734 / 2.54 = 13.88

Torque: 62kg / 6.0 volt / 860.56 oz
73kg / 7.4 volt / 1013.24 oz

so a bit less powerful than the Spektrum at less than 1/4 of the price

That would be spot on if it were 73KG but it's 70.

Noob question here, but can I just reset my BEC voltage to 8.4V with stock electronics and get more torque out of the servo? I can’t find the ratings of the stock unit but don’t mind if I shorten it’s life. Will I cook the fans?

Eventually yes. Some guys did this before they upgraded to a better servo.
