I know this is going to sound dumb. But the folder needs to be extracted to the desktop. It won't work if it is extracted in the downloads folder or anywhere else.

Interesting..I have been extracting to the downloads folder.Ill try extracting to the desktop today and let ya'll know how it goes. Thanks for the tip!

spartancaptain...you are awesome! This actually worked for me. Extracted the SmartLink zip file to my desktop and bam, no more locking up software!!
