hey guys im newish to hobby rc cars. i picked up a senton 6s blx v1 so i can make a custom built rally street car and was wondering what spring rate you guys think i should go with? im trying to keep it close to the ground and make it stop body rolling. im also looking for a front bumper i can fit between the body and frame to stop the body from getting cracked when hitting something. i would like to have something like the the infraction front foam bumper but cant find any specs to the size of it. Thanks in advance!

Hmm never seen a foxy RC, thats pretty BA.

Here is my senton to road car conversion. The thing that helped my body roll the most wasnt springs, Swaybars f/r from outcast/kraton.

Here is my build thread maybe you can get some ideas out of it.

what springs are those? where did you get that body from man that is amazing!!!!!! i will get the sway bars and see if that helps at all too.

Tighten shocks up an tighten drop screws on lower a-arms.wont cost ya anything.
But sway-bares are the way to go for what you are doing with the FOXTON..I had a 89 fox-body gt 5 speed.i would do donuts an stay within 12ft circle.as if spinning a basketball on your finger.pin it to tha floor an dump that clutch...GOOD TIMES😀😃😄😁😆

I know this doesn't really answer any of your questions but I'm sorry to inform you that is not a Senton V1, it looks more like a Senton V3 to me.

This is a Senton V1. And I just noticed that in this picture dude has the antenna sticking out of the rx box but not inside the antenna tube 🤦‍♂️

Drop screws? sorry still new to this lol

That antenna is out the tube and has the rubber cap on.

They are the stock spring, full preload on all four corners. Front is dropped to the ground and rear up a bit for when it squats at speed.

the body is a Proline 72 Cuda that I custom made a body kit for. Easily made the car a 1/7th or 1/6th.

The bumpers are cut out of a $4 yoga block from walmart. Literally the same density as touring car bumpers. The Body kit I custom made out of weather stripping from Lowes, used shoe goo and put clips on it all night to dry.
