  1. Senton 3s
I recently stripped my composite spur gear when i changed my pinion to 14t. I feel like it was a mesh issue that stripped it but to prevent further stripping of spur, Which steel gear works with the Senton 3s BLX V3. I have seen that the 4s steel spur might work but I would need 4s slipper pads? Am I better off ordering a whole slipper set or just the single gear? All help and replies are appreciated. Thank you

If you are comfortable taking apart the slipper, just oder the metal gear and a new set of slipper pads. Take it apart, clean all up, and put together with new spur and slippers. Make sure to put together just like the diagram on the exploded view. Use locktight on the screw. Good to go!

It's double the price for an entire slipper set https://www.arrma-rc.com/part/ARA310948, when all you need is the steel gear and extra slipper pads.

If you have the V3, you don't need loc-tite on the screw. The V3's use a plastic nut on the back of the slipper.
I do have the V3 blx. The spur gear you sent comes up as 4s and the slipper pads are the mega/3s blx pads. Will that make a difference when using the 4s spur gear? is there a different pad I need. Thought I might have seen it somewhere

I shall keep looking for more info on this then

I believe the slipper pads were slightly revised with the release of the V3 3s line. But they never changed the BLX slipper spur gears, plastic or metal. So as far as I know, both plastic and metal slipper spurs should still be compatible with the new (https://www.arrma-rc.com/part/ARA310994) or old slipper pads (https://www.arrma-rc.com/part/ARA310908).

If you follow the links I originally provided and look below, the V3 Senton is included in the list of compatible models for all those parts.

Ah yes, I see the senton is listed on there. I was a little unsure because of how they looked when looking at them through HobbyTown. I definitely appreciate the help and responses! I shall give this a shot and see how she runs!
Thank you all again!
