I bought a 20 kg servo to replace stock and I can't get it to fit correctly. Do I need to make some modifications? Or order additional parts. I figured would be straight swap out but its not the case.

The whole thing. I can squeeze it in but then no room for arm to move. If I turn arm 90 degrees it still is to high to attach to steering arm.
Should I be reusing pieces attached to old servo? I was trying to use the metal arm that came with new one.

Do they make larger radio boxes? The chassis has holes that look like would be for one.

No they use same chassis for a couple different rigs so they have different mounting holes. For different things

I have to design it first lol.. I will use inventor to draw it up. Need to keep it watertight so will need to make the lid fit correctly with o-ring.
