Is their any mistake in the rotation direction? Shown in the photo?

No sir.
it doesn't look like there is any problems with the reversed threads.

Just clamp that rod in a vice so you can give it More He-Man strength
>>> as you Push AND Turn that rod end..

So close to getting it done..
You Can do it!!

True. Just throwing that out there.
Could be they are turned a way that during compression, they bind against the pivot balls hat & snapping them. The rod ends need to have rotational movement- no binding. So they are setup with full movement on the pivot ball during any place in the suspension travel. Been there.
This is spot on, when installing the rod ends you need to make sure that there is room for rotational movement on both ways, however i am mot sure how mine where installed.

The right hand thread should be on the same side of the car not the same side of the rod ends. It's easier to have to spin all the turnbuckles in the same direction to make adjustments, it's easier to remember which way to you need to go out or in if they all go the same direction when you spin them. This is how the cars are all set up from the factory as well or they are supposed to be anyway.

I always try to set mine up so the reverse thread is always on the same side on every car I have.

Yes i did notice that with the old turnbuckles but it was a bit late.

Finally....i am not that stupid after all. I knew there was something wrong with that one turnbuckle.

So I ordered a new set of turnbuckles, removed the rod ends from the problematic turnbuckle and gave it a try on the new turnbuckle......and boommm it took me seconds to screw the rod end that wouldnt screw on.
