Typhon Stering Servo and Horn Upgrade help and questions

I have a Typhon 6s v5 and I need a new servo. It seems as the best option is to buy a 25t horn and that will give me much better options to better servos. Is this generally true? If I buy any 25t horn will that work? Some seem to be advertised at different lengths. Looking at eBay some seem to be 20mm others 18mm other 15.5mm. Do only certain lengths fit? As far as the servo itself, it looks like the stock servo is 18kg would a 35kg on amazon be considerably better or do I have to get specific name brand stuff from the Arrma website?

I've used that same servo, it works ok. There's always other qualifications to look at- how much $$ are you willing to spend, how quickly does it have to work, etc

Should I look at something else and better? working "ok doesn't seem like anything other that mediocre. Is it much better than the stock? Will getting that be all the parts I need?

Yes, it works much better than og. You'll get all the parts you'd need, other than the 25t servo horn

They work well, strong and reliable.
Only issue I have is that they are slow, roughly stock speed.
For the 6s, 25t or 23t isn't that important as long as the horn matches. 25t is the standard and much more common. On the 3s/4s line it's important because getting a good servo saver in a 23t is difficult.

Make sure you get the offset servo horn ARRMA AR340061 Servo Horn Aluminum
I have had very good results with this servo in my 6 s cars.

Yes, it works much better than og. You'll get all the parts you'd need, other than the 25t servo horn

Question, I’m pretty new to all of this so forgive the question but doesn’t it come with a horn or is the silver arm attachment something different?

It does but you want the offset/taller servo horn. You need the height for clearance. Use the original one if not stripped
