Got the stock springs tightened almost all the way, hate shortening the springs so much. Any suggestions?

What are you trying to accomplish with your suspension setup? Are you launching it to the moon or do you have a super heavy truck, or both? Like Woodentop said you can try the Fireteam springs but you could also look into changing your shock oil and or pistons for heavier damping. Either way you will need to up the shock weight a bit so it doesn't drive like a pogo stick when you up the spring rate. Might be the cheaper easier option to experiment with first.

Fireteam?? Stiffer, some use them on a kxl.
+1 ☝️ Fireteam springs on my K6 4990. Heavy rig. Did the trick.

My Notorious is still stock & I like the setup. Rebounds fine. Lands fine. Totally different than my K6. Nearly 3lbs difference in weight.

Currently its a fairly light setup, just a few small aluminum upgrade parts, shock towers are carbon fiber. Usually run either Backflip LPs or Trencher LPs.

I'm getting weak rebound. No huge sends, most jumps are 6-8 feet high. Pretension collars are tightened down 20mm in rear, 15mm up front.
I checked the suspension arms without shocks attached and they move up and down freely, no issue there. Just serviced the shocks and refilled with stock 1000cst shock oil.

My XL Talion started life as a Fireteam so I can borrow the springs from it to test, I'll give it a try today.

That might be the trick. After about 15-20min of bashing my Notorious it doesn't rebound as it did when I started. Guess heat & bubbles in the shocks. They might just be a little low on fluid. The re-fill 1000cst & service might be it. Mine need it too. The Fireteam springs on Kraton shock bodies with 1000cst was the ticket on my Kraton! Perfect

Mines a heavy brute. M2c'd up, max 6 combo, shoegoo'd body etc. I use 1.4 pistons in the back and 1.2 in the front with 1300cst fluids. I also stood my shocks up a bit, if your not doing humongous air move them in a hole if you don't have any luck with what your trying now.

Do you like the way it handles at the moment? I ask because I see people all the time making suspension changes that will not actually achieve the goal they are looking for and actually end up making a worse handling car. They are actually setup pretty good from the factory for most running conditions. If you stiffen the spring rate without changing the damping you will have a bouncy and skittish truck. Quite a handful especially on 6s. If it rebounds slow on the bench but handles fine I wouldn't worry about it If you think it is packing up because of too much damping you could put thinner shock oil or open up the piston holes a little bit. The shock collars are to adjust ride height, not to make the springs stiffer. Hope this make a little sense. Let us know how the Fireteam springs work out.

If the back is squatting at max preload/100wt fluid, go to fireteam k-value and/or smaller damper piston holes.

Springs also sag over time and lose compression/extension.
