Typhon Stock gears should go into red diff cup right?

Stock gears should go into red diff cup right?
Wrong I installed but gear won’t push down. Is there different gears for the red diff cups or what
I’m doing something wrong

Remove the 4 end caps and the axle ends slide right in

like @Mr.Duke said, get rid of the blocks at the ends of the pins.. they are there to spread pin load in the plastic cups...?

My original upgrades was hot racing chassis braces, hot racing servo mount, front and rear bulkhead. That pic is current I’m going to try it tomorrow post pic
