Fury Mega Newer Model (2017) with Stock Arrma Front Shocks
I recently had an issue with a front shock leaking. When I took it apart I noticed the o-ring in the cap was broken. So while considering my options I remembered I had a small box of o-rings for home faucets. Turns out a Danco #7 plumbing washer is a perfect fit. Here are the benefits I discovered:
Yes I know these are just stock shocks and not worthy of much in the way of mods/upgrades. But when money is tight or you just don't want to be down waiting on new o-rings to come in, this was a blessing and I just wanted to share this information.
I found a set of 10 at Home Depot for about $2.50, Amazon has them also just search for Danco #7 O-Ring.

- Slightly thicker than the stock o-ring which allows the cap to be tightened without worry of breaking the o-ring.
- Made of a firmer material than the stock o-ring which will stand up to more pressure when tightening the cap.
