Enjoy. Btw, they get very sticky when hot. Like when drifting or doing burnouts. Especially the softer ones.
Thanks for your help!
No doubt I'll have fun with them! 🤙

Hoons suck. All colors.

GRP XM7 is great for bashing.

I use XM4 for speed runs and XB1 for parking lot racing.
I just ordered the GRP's.
Looks like they'll get here two days after the Typhon 😁

Thats the exact compound you want as well. Will do exactly what you described in the original post. There are a bunch of different compounds so it can get a bit confusing but XM7 is the hardest and last the longest. Hard = less grip.

Thanks bro!
@Moirae -took your advice to @N.Mango and just purchased a set of GRPs but after reviewing the chart I opted for the XM5 compound - looking for a combo of durability but with a little more grip. Anyway, the tires are rated at being safe/stable up to 50ish MPH (I understand the intent of the disclaimer) but have you run these in the 70-90 mph range, and if so, how did they fair?

Also, sweet vid. I just subscribed to your channel. Keep up the nice work!

I have heard recent batches of GRP tires have poor gluing so you may want to check em good before you go out.
Do I just check the edges to make sure they are glued?

yep basically just pull on the edge between the rim and the tire to make sure its bonded well. If not BSI IC2000 works best.
Right on!
I never checked tires before (never really needed to).
But I have a feeling this time around that my rigs will want to kill some tires! :devilish:

Thanks for the heads up!🤙

I've taken a set of XM4 up to 120mph maybe 20 times and they still look new with the original glue.

As we discuss the tires, look at what showed up early.

Once you run these let us know if they meet your expectations! So far I really like the price point - much cheaper than Hoons

If the GRPs work out I may have to ditch my Avatar :p

Have you seen @Moirae video earlier in this thread?
If it performs half as good as it does in the video then I'll be happy.
I'll give my impressions after a few runs (y)

Yep, saw the vid. Car drifted easily but looked pretty locked in when he got on the gas.

Watched a few of his videos on YouTube, and he definitely produces some cool stuff. You should check out his latest video

Thats the first thing I noticed. It zoomed when it needed to and drifted with ease.
I think I made the right choice.

Now I just need the car to put them on. :ROFLMAO:
