If you have a Dremel or rotary tool, try to cut a slot across the head and use a flathead screwdriver to remove. You could purchase a set of "easy out" tools, but the first method should work fine.
Use the smallest old cutting disc you can find. I never throw mine away when they're worn, for instance just like thisIs there a way to to this when it's a countersunk screw like here?
I agree with @joostin420, having an extractor set will make easy work removing the screw.I bought an easy out set during my senton build due to sheering off a few ss screw heads - I recommend this
