Hello guys, i need help i just stripped my hex screw, i have no idea how to unscrew it...i try with rubber to insert and twist but not working ? anyone have some good idea how to fix this? Tnx

If you have a Dremel or rotary tool, try to cut a slot across the head and use a flathead screwdriver to remove. You could purchase a set of "easy out" tools, but the first method should work fine.

Is there a way to to this when it's a countersunk screw like here?

Use the smallest old cutting disc you can find. I never throw mine away when they're worn, for instance just like this
