You need to give it the torch.
I get what you’re saying to break the seal of the loctite, however the screw itself it stripped. No real bite left to turn the grub screw though is the issue im having.

You should use a tap
and hammer the pin out ,which will relieve the pressure and then
get a torx bit that's slightly bigger than the grub screw (hammer that sucker into it) and back it out.

JUST realized you only get one chance to do it this way... so tap that bit in real good.

Heat heat heat. Mini torch. Sorry it's already stripped on out. Hold heat for 60sec. Might could put a ISO hex size in there that's bigger or a flat head, tap em in with the handle of a screwdriver & try backing it out. Or knock out the drive pin. Safety glasses on.

Got the heat gun out as well as the solder iron to try to heat it up. Have been doing it but maybe not long enough. Btw thanks for all the quick responses. Very much appreciated

You need the torch..

Straight to the point.

Hold that flame to it for a minute or two.
$3.98 at Dollar General

Remember to wear leather gloves while trying to hold on to your hub.

This can happen to anyone and every one 😊

I would advise against the use of using an open flame as you risk burning the surrounding plastic if not controlled correctly.

Choose a quality hex driver slightly larger than original size. Use heating iron on the inner-diameter for the duration of a minute. Insert driver and slowly turn counter-clockwise. Get a feel for it. Take your time.

Ok, so i used a tap and hammer to knock out the pin. Now im still stuck with the stripped grub screw inside the can’t remember part name lol. (See pics 😂 ) my question is now what? Do just force the pin back in a pray? Replace the i cant remember part name?

I use the 17mm wheel hex wrench. It has a hole in the handle to put the hex driver through. 60sec is about the max time to melt the loctite & not heat the plastic.
