Get yourself a good set of 5 and 6 point torx bits, on 2.5mm motor mount screws I can usually tap in 7/64 SAE if the torx won’t bite.
On the list now (y)

Guess i "won" the prize lol
Most of us have won that prize at one point.
I recently swapped out my axles for a new set because one was giving me issues trying to take it out.
@Dan B. scored them...I sent him my problems. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Make sure you clean out the screw first so your hex driver is fully in there.

I had the same problem with my Infraction a couple weeks ago, brand new out of the box and the hexes were already somewhat rounded. I used a soldering gun to heat them up, and with an MIP hex it still rounded out. I wound up using a 4mm drill bit to drill them out and ordered new axles

I had the same with my Kraton EXB V1 when if first got it. I heated from the get go. One side came apart after heating the other side stripped. The side that stripped was in so well that I couldn't punch the pin through either. Emailed customer support with pics of both sides and Arrma sent me all the parts to rebuild it.

You really need to get yourself a screw extractor kit. It was said earlier in this thread. Once you heat up the loctite on any screw on any of these vehicles. It doesn't matter if it's stripped or not and extractor kit will pull it out. Super easy, super fast within seconds. Screw extractor kits are pretty cheap like 10 bucks

Push the pin back out and you can drill it out from the “back”. Heating the grub screw will make it easier for the drill to unthread it as well. This way you don’t need a left handed drill bit. Buddy did the same and that worked for him.

Those are tough . Read every possible fox and try in order you think might work . The last resort is drilling it out ( maybe the easiest too 😅) extra screws are easy to replace . Anyways use some heat to try the next one . Even if you have to heat a screwdriver flathead or something with a lighter and hold it on there 2-3 times for 20 seconds will help . I usually tap a star bit in or try a square bit . Tapping a t8 or t9 torx lightly nit firmly usually works if it’s not super tight . Good luck . We ve all been there fishing out snapped screws from Kraton wing mounts right 🤣

Thanks for the suggestions, will keep in mind for the next mishap :ROFLMAO: and yes, those wing mount screws....ugh

I did the same thing when swapping over the A arms and dog bones from my Talion to my Mojave, it was both of the rear grub screws. Ended up buying new Hex and dog bones. It was really inexpensive
As a temp fix i ended up knocking out the pin with a tap. Its back in there nice and snug but as you mentioned, parts were inexpensive and they are currently being shipped to my residence :)
