Suspension setup?

What would you say is the best suspension setup for the nero?. Shocks, springs and shock oil?

And any other suggestions

I'm wondering the same.... I might just have to stay spending money to find out since I can't find any good info on this subject. My big rock seams to soft to absorb jumps, to much damping to absorb changing train, it doesn't feel supple.

A cheap way to start would be to change your shock oil to heavier weight
