Hi all!

I have a Eaton EXB 6S v1 or so and I have bought it second hand without electronics. I have a Hobbywing WP8BL quickrun esc and a 2200kv motor. I rum the standard EXB diffs and backflip wheels. I have run it on a 18T pinion and it cogged a little. Only the first half a second. What pinion do you suggest?

Have a great day!

Also the front wheels does balloon a bit. The handling is great. Thicker diff oil in the center diff?

The stock 2050kv runs a 12t in a 6s Kraton, probably start there. Yes, thicker oil in center & front will help with the ballooning. Usually doing all 3 at the same time is recommended.

What size is the motor? 1515/40mmx74mm?

Definitely going to want to drop a few teeth unless you're running small tires or 4S.

I only drive it on 4S, size of the motor is 40mm

I only drive it on 4S, size of the motor is 40mm
And the motor is getting hot despite 2 fans. So i will go with 12t. Thanx all!

If you don’t have an Infrared laser for temps, hot is subjective. On 4S, 15-16T pinion would do well with Copperhead tires.
