Senton Switched to 12mm hex and now there is movement

I got Arrma 12 hexes for the senton to widen my wheel and tire options, but after switching from 14mm to 12mm i notice some movement of the wheels, especially on the front two. They do not press to the bearing like it was on the 14mm.

Is this bad, can it damage my wheels or bearings?

They jiggle left and right a bit, the wheels are on and they are secure but the movement is there

If it's like a mm, that's fine and pretty normal for RC cars. You can get some shims if it bothers you.
