I am wondering if anyone can tell me the weight difference between the stock aluminum parts on the Talion vs Basher Queen carbon fiber parts?
Yes weight is my goal. I want to drop as much weight as possible on it. I'm not sure if I just got a bad one or what but I didn't even make it through a full battery pack before I had a cracked upper A arm, a bearing went out in the hub, a crack in the hub, dog bone came out and broke the sway bar link. I wasn't even driving that hard. Maybe got it off the ground 5 feet. Lucky I had my trusty Big Rock with me. I have had that 15 feet in the air and yes things break but I don't feel it should have broke with what I was doing.I have the Kraton EXB and changed the stock aluminum parts to M2C parts. What is your goal what are you looking for between the two? I do understand the Talion is a speed truck when compared to the Kraton...if weight is the goal I do not think a few oz would hinder any speed or agility when it comes to these 6S bashers. Tires, battery weight, etc would play more in performance over the small difference in upgraded parts aluminum parts....if weight is your aim but not sure just asking.
Totally agree...the Talion has a good rep so for now I would call it 1-off not characteristic of that RC.Yes weight is my goal. I want to drop as much weight as possible on it.
