Couldn't resist another session before work ?

And I tried 6s for the first time...

Well it seems (at least for my skill level) 6s isn't suited for jumping. For me 3s vs 6s is like the difference between shooting your bow at 10m vs 40m. At 10m distance you'll be forgiven plenty of errors and still at least not miss the arrow butt. AT 40m if you breathe wrong you miss the whole thing.
Same with 6s. You have to be so much more careful with the throttle in the air. Punch it too hard and the car totally flips and you land on your roof. Touch the brakes too much and you are nosediving .

I like the fact that the car can give more than I can handle ...gives me a reason to keep practising on 3s which is way more forgiving but still too much power if you give if full throttle.

Anyway - hope I'm not boring everyone - just like a new world to me :?

Not boring us at all.
Very glad to hear you are loving it. There certainly is a learning curve on 6s!

Okay so few more 5min pimps / upgrades done.

Since the hobbyshop didn't have T2T braces I figured just using a dowel (with a cable tie as a weak point) is better than nothing.

Also put a bit of foam in front and took it out again for a few last minutes of daylight jumps ?

Now I just need to get my hands on some gorilla tape for lining the body and we're good to go (y) ?
